1. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Mens Hair Colors, we stand behind every product we sell.

UNOPENED ITEMS
Unopened products in original, undamaged packaging are eligible 
for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

OPENED ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened hair color products cannot 
be returned or exchanged once the seal has been broken.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives incorrect, contact us 
within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue 
a full refund immediately.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email us at menhaircolors@gmail.com with your order number and reason. 
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer 
unless the item arrived incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive 
the returned item.
