2. SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed 
on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

SHIPPING TIME
Standard shipping: 2–4 business days
Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

TRACKING
Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once 
your order ships.

WHERE WE SHIP
Mens Hair Colors ships nationwide across the United States.
We do not currently ship internationally.

DELAYS
Mens Hair Colors is not responsible for carrier delays, weather 
disruptions, or delays caused by incorrect shipping information 
provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before 
placing your order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us 
within 5 days. We will work with the carrier to try resolve the issue.
